September 4 to 7, 2014
 

Come join us for a great weekend of 'plane talk', flying and companionship in beautiful Killarney Ontario. 

Pilot session 

9:30 am Friday: This year's fly-in will be much less structured, with no official program.  It will be more of a gathering of like minded individuals for informal discussions on flying, pilot techniques, maintenance, general mechanical issues and other topics  related to these wonderful aircraft.  As usual, our Lake experts will be there to take part in discussions and answer questions. 

Companion program 

9:30 am Friday in the Games Room. 

Fly-Out

Saturday:  We are planning a fly-out to the Canadian Bushplane Heritage Centre http://www.bushplane.com/ We will land on the river, drive up the ramp and park right at the museum.  

Afternoons

·         Saturday:  4:30 pm Channel Party at the Pilot House.  
We hope to take this opportunity to discuss the future direction of the fly-in. 

·         Evenings      

·         Thursday evening:  8:30 Carousel Lounge Social. 
 

Friday evening:  8:30 Friday night at the movies – "Monument Men".  The movie will be preceded by a brief introduction by Betsy Ford Maine, whose father was one of the Monument Men who searched for the missing art masterpieces confiscated by Hitler in WWII.  Carousel Lounge.

·         Saturday evening: 8:00 Carousel Lounge. Entertainment by Andy Lowe.

12:30 – 1:30 P.M.

Lunch - main dining room
Friday – Outdoor Fish Fry

6:00 – 8:00 P.M.

Dinner – main dining room

Available for early Sunday departures or anyone not planning to be at the lodge for lunch. Order the day before.
